On June 25, 2022, As the Greener Solution Provider, SCI participated in “check dam building, and tree and vetiver grass planting activities” recognizing the importance of environmental issues and a low carbon society. SCI management and personnel, the Mitsubishi Electric Group in Thailand, and the Thai government sector collaborated to launch a program to plant trees and vetiver grass. They have also built dams to relieve the drought in the area. The activities of the project took place in Bor Thong District of Chonburi Province, Baan Khao Yai Community Forest, and Baan Kacha Nu Rak Village.
