SCI proved the commitment for GREEN FACTORY by earning a certification for Green Industry Level 4 (Green Culture) by Department of Industrial Works on August 20, 2022. This is SCI's sixth recognition following five consecutive years of distinction from 2017.
Green Industry is an industrial business concept that promotes business practices while also being environmentally conscious, ranging from level 1 to level 5. This concept emphasizes continuous development and improvement, including conducting business responsibly to society, both inside and outside the organization, and throughout the supply chain. Overall, it is supportive to sustainable development.
SCI adopted the Green Culture as part of the organizational culture after working to raise environmental awareness among all employees in order to encourage collaboration and environmental consciousness in all aspects of business conduct.
3R+1, which are Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Replacement, is the direction we have been following and taking to realize Green Culture in SCI.
SCI will continue to work with all employees to enable the most effective use of natural resources in order to achieve environmental and societal sustainability as part of our commitment as the Greener Solution Provider.
